Blasfolienextrusion

Die Blasfolienextrusion der Professur Kunststofftechnologie wurde um einen 3-Schicht-Wendelverteiler sowie eine Wickel- und Schneidstation erweitert. Damit können wir Mono- bzw. 3-Schicht-Folien als Schlauch- oder Flachfolie herstellen.

Compoundierlinie

Mit der Compoundierlinie können wir Compounds herstellen und Kunststoffe aufbereiten, um diese gezielt mit verschiedenen Eigenschaften zu modifizieren.

An der Professur Kunststofftechnologie laufen permanent öffentlich geförderte Forschungsprojekte mit industrienahen Themen. 

 

  • RELAP (FHprofUnt2014)

Erzeugung oberflächenfunktionaler Releaseeigenschaften für (auto-) adhäsive Mehrschicht-Polyolefinfolien mit dem Ziel einer neuartigen Auf- und Abwickelqualität durch Anwendung der Atmosphärendruck-Plasmatechnologie.

 

  • Biomulchfolie (FNR)

Entwicklung einer abbaubaren Biomulch-Landwirtschaftsfolie mit definierter Abbaubarkeit unter Berücksichtigung der Wachstums- und Erntezeit.
